PT Donggi-Senoro LNG (DSLNG) once again won one platinum trophy and three gold trophies and at the XXVII National Quality & Productivity Convention (TKMPN) held in Yogyakarta (27-30/11/2023). TKMPN is a national-scale innovation competition that allows private companies, state-owned enterprises, government agencies, universities, cooperatives, or non-profit organizations to demonstrate and promote innovation success and a forum for exchanging experiences in improving quality and productivity. DSLNG sent four teams who were the winners of DSLNG's QCC/CIP Internal Convention 2022 & 2023 to compete in the national convention, which was attended by 557 teams with a total of 2,100 participants from around Indonesia. The Lalampa team, with the topic "Reducing Bearing Replacement Costs in Fan Cooler Units," won the Platinum category. The gold category winning teams were Miracle Fruit Team with the theme "Accelerating the Start-Up Process of DSLNG Refinery," Cendol Dawet Team with the topic "Reducing Plant Trip Potential caused by Radial Vibration in C3 Gas Compressor", and Goraka Pidis Volume II Team with the theme "Improving New Employee Satisfaction Index of Induction and Orientation Program." This achievement proofs the commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in daily work activities at DSLNG, which operates safely, reliably, and efficiently to become a world-class LNG provider company.
