DSLNG have received the Subroto Award from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (MEMR) of the Republic of Indonesia for the Downstream Oil and Gas Operational Safety category on 28 September 2021. The award was received virtually by the DSLNG Operations Senior Manager, Helfia Nil Chalis.

DSLNG is Top 3 of the Downstream Oil and Gas Operational Safety category, based on the Safety Management System Audit conducted by the MEMR in July 2021. This acknowledgment received by the Government has substantial meanings. DSLNG not only has one of the best safety standards but also advancing the country’s safety aspect of the industry. DSLNG is on par with major big oil and gas companies, also DSLNG employees are proven to have the knowledge and skill set to compete worldwide. After only 6 years of operation phase, it is most humbling and honorable to have received the highly acclaimed form of appreciation from the Ministry.

The Subroto Award was held to coincide with the 76th anniversary of Mining and Energy, which was also attended by the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (MEMR), Arifin Tasrif, and the Minister of Mining and Energy for the period of 1978-1988, Professor Subroto.
